The product uses Ganoderma lucidum and mushroom culture medium rich in organic matter and crude protein as raw materials. Application Rate
Preparation: Mix it with water to create an inoculum solution.
Application: Apply the inoculum solution the earth around the base of the plants, either through watering or drenching.
Rate and frequency: Apply at rate of 3 kg the tree growth regulator per hectare if use alone, reapply after 4~8 weeks for season-long control, For sustainable agriculture, suggest to use it with other beneficial bacteria together.
Incubation: After application, incubate the soil for a few days to allow its endospore to colonize the soil and begin its beneficial activities.
What are the growth requirements for Bacillus megaterium in soil?
It is a versatile bacterium that can grow over a wide range of environmental conditions.. Optimal growth conditions typically occur at temperatures between 25-30°C. The minimum temperature is around 10°C, while the maximum temperature is around 40-45°C. It can also tolerate a wide range of pH conditions, with an optimal pH range of 7.0-7.5. It requires a variety of essential nutrients including carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, and phosphorus, as well as micronutrients such as iron and magnesium. At last, it is a facultative anaerobe, meaning that it can grow both in the presence and absence of oxygen. However, optimal growth typically occurs in the presence of atmospheric levels of oxygen.
